Our Sales Operations team members are specialists in communicating our customers’ needs to the right teams at Worldpay from FIS, ensuring nothing but the best experience from sale to implementation and beyond.

What you will be doing

The Sales Process Leader heads a team dedicated to ensuring Worldpay from FIS is continuously improving our approach to sales and delivering products and services. He/She is laser-focused on keeping Worldpay from FIS competitive in a constantly evolving market. The team uses sales measurement models and other performance indicators to make recommendations in the way we design products, approach sales tactics, set pricing structures and run the overall sales process. The Sales Process Leader works across Commercial and functional stakeholders to create a smooth and efficient sales process for our end customers. By being critical in looking at our process from all angles, we can be proactive and anticipate changes we need to make in the business.

  • Develops or uses sales measurement models and diagnostic tools to help identify sales performance indicators, key areas of opportunity and sales force training needs

  • Recommends strategic priorities, sales performance metrics and sales effectiveness tracking methods to maintain and improve the company’s competitive advantage

  • Sets strategy and manages performance of team under direct supervision

  • Reviews end to end sales process in order to design, propose, and implement a revised process to improve cycle duration, win rates, and related revenue

  • Builds, maintains and promotes positive professional working relationships with senior stakeholders across various functions

  • Evaluates and recommends changes in sales incentive plans in line with analyses

  • Helps develop and/or administers new training programs to fill competency gaps

  • Draws on experience and current data to influence business partners and improve partner sales process/portfolio performance and best practices

  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

What you bring:

  • Success at interpreting a series of inter-related processes, patterns and data-points to solve complex business challenges

  • Experience delivering results and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise and engaging manner

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and gain cross-functional alignment for strategic initiatives

  • Ability to show and quantify how analysis has led to a positive impact on a business results

  • Experience providing guidance, workload planning, and best practices for less senior colleagues in the team

  • Highly skilled in managing complex stakeholder groups with varying perspectives and requirements

  • Inquisitive and enjoys working with complex information

  • Fascinated solving complex problems and identifying interesting trends and behaviours

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to multi-task whilst still ensuring work is always of the highest quality

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Strong MS Office experience, specifically Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce CRM experience preferred

  • Able to look beyond numbers to convert data into insight

  • Ability to interpret complex business requirements, translate into analytical problems and deliver high value outputs

  • Well-developed communication skills, able to tailor results into language appropriate for the audience

  • Working in a consultative manner to help business managers and sales understand the commercial implications of business trends

  • Strong independent problem solver with ability to prioritize workload in line with business needs

  • Ability to look beyond numbers to convert data into insight

  • Ability to interpret complex business requirements, translate into analytical problems and deliver high value outputs

  • Experience from Big 4 Consulting or a tech/digital background
