Sales Ops Manager
Duda is the leading web design platform for all companies that offer websites to small businesses. We serve many types of customers, from freelance web professionals and digital marketing agencies, to SaaS platforms, all the way up to the largest hosting companies and online publishers in the world.
We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to work with our VP of Sales to build out our sales operations function. You will work across teams and with senior and executive staff to further enable our rockstar sales team to continue to exceed their quota and enable Duda’s continuing growth.
WHAT YOU WILL GET TO WORK ON
- Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce and provide strategic recommendations on how to best utilize Salesforce to optimize scalability
- Utilize Salesforce and other systems to provide accurate, actionable forecasts
- Develop and administer sales compensation plans. Working directly with the CFO, you will create incentive plans to drive continued revenue growth.
- Build and help to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and evaluating new tools
- Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials and assist with onboarding new sales talent
- Analytical and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis.
- Provide insight to the Head of Sales on sales motions, individual sales rep performance, trends, and areas for optimization.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Required
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations
- Experience running all aspects of Sales Operations
- Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce and provide strategic recommendations on how to best utilize Salesforce to optimize scalability
Preferred
- Salesforce.com Administration certification
- SaaS experience highly preferred. MarTech and AdTech experience a bonus
- High-growth startup experience supporting sales teams 15 and above
- Experience supporting and optimizing higher volume lead-based and targeted account-based sales motions
- Experience in Hubspot and marketing ops experience nice to have
