We’re looking for a  talented Sales Operations Specialist to work cross-functionally with go to market teams of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success  to ensure that high data quality exists throughout the customer lifecycle to enable data-driven decision making to meet our business objectives. The key focus includes ensuring availability, usability, consistency, and data integrity in Salesforce to support key business decisions, and developing and maintaining best practices for SalesForce implementation and usage across the company. This role will ensure that all additional tools seamlessly integrate with SalesForce and are maintained in a way that supports data integrity and a single source of truth. The role will also assist in providing leadership with reports and other intelligence on a regular cadence to enable prompt  and actionable attention to the management of our KPIs. 

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SalesForce and will have worked as a SalesForce Administrator in previous roles, as well as knowledgeable in implementing additional tech stack into SalesForce. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented,  highly collaborative and able to empower others to use SalesForce effectively.

Who You Are:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a SalesForce Administrator and SalesForce Administrator Certified
  • Highly analytical and detail oriented, with solid business acumen
  • Able to collaborate cross-departmentally and deliver results to internal stakeholders
  • Able to inspire team members to adopt SalesForce fully and consistently
  • Desire to work in a dynamic startup where your input will help shape our company
  • Self-starter who can hit the ground running

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure data integrity across the organization and work to create a single source of truth for all data assets in SalesForce, 
  • Map integrations and data flows between SalesForce and other business applications.
  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of reports and other intelligence essential to the organisation. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
  • Work cross functionally to develop and document business workflows to measure key performance metrics across the  go-to-market teams
  • Document and monitor sales/marketing/customer success/revenue/finance processes to support efficiency and transparency.  Support enablement activities to drive consistency throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Manage sales tools and automate integrations between tech stack. Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure adoption and optimization of all technology assets utilized by revenue generating teams(Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
  •  Monitors SalesForce compliance with standards to optimize performance and data output.
  • Auditing SalesForce inputs, defining workflows within SFDC.  Documenting field definitions and purpose. 
  •  Analyze and use data to help inform decisions on how to improve performance.
  • Ensures policy compliance of equitable and efficient assignment of Marketing leads, including prompt follow-up and lead management processes.
  • Work with Sales leadership on sales forecasting, quota creation, territory assignment, and commission plan creation.
  •  Work with the Sales team to map workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and propose and implement actions.  Build out architecture in SalesForce.
  •  Design processes to improve quality and integrity of our sales data, and report on it to make strategic growth decisions.
  •  Maintain consistent practices with respect to closed won process, including contracts, payment collection,  pricing, workflow, and SalesForce documentation
  • Be responsible for SalesForce evolution, while creating and maintaining dashboards and reports, and communicating insights regularly to aid management decision-making
  • Train new hires on SalesForce and enable continuing success of platform adoption by users
  • Partner with Marketing to oversee effective tracking of inbound leads through automated email creation to ensure proper SalesForce documentation
  • Partner with Customer Success to oversee effective tracking of expansion and renewal opportunities. 

Competencies 

  • SalesForce Certification (knowledgeable of Lightning)
  • SalesForce  Administrative work (Priority 1) Reports, comp plans, training new hires, enablement, data integrity
  • Able to foster close, cooperative relationships with marketing, sales, and customer success management, with eye towards company initiatives.
  • Aptitude in transforming both quantitative and qualitative data into narratives that help drive toward KPIs
  • Data driven; analytical thinker who can derive insights from data to influence & drive sound decision-making
  • Experience building out processes that maximize usability of the Sales tools to ensure data integrity
  • Advanced knowledge and technical experience with SalesForce including Pardot, Excel, Upleads, Outreach.io, Catalyst and other sales/solutions software applications
  • Solutions and process driven
  • 3-5 years of experience

Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000/year plus bonus opportunity
