TeamSnap is seeking a motivated and hardworking Sales Operations Specialist to work with our Sales Operations team for our sports organization business. This role will report directly to our Sales Operations Manager and be a critical role in providing operational support to our sales and customer success teams.

What you'll be doing:

• Work cross-functionally to execute sales and customer success processes that help enable the teams to increase their key performance indicators
• Document and maintain processes and reporting that increase the team's efficiency, drive new sales, enable product adoption and increase retention
• Support the operational workflow of our customer journey with Salesforce, ChurnZero and Zuora.
• Inform the business leaders with data driven insights to help support key initiatives
• Partner with marketing to create and manage communication to customers and prospects

What'll set you up for success:

• 3+ years of B2B sales or operations related experience
• Previous experience using Salesforce and ChurnZero is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively work with a variety of internal teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to support recommendations and decisions
• Self motivated individual with a track record of top performance amongst peers
• Highly organized with experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously

Location

We are headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, but this job is remote (unless you happen to live near Boulder, in which case you’re welcome to come to the office). TeamSnap is a mostly-distributed company, so you must be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same physical location as you or each other. While we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.

Compensation

We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The annual compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 inclusive of base and bonuses or commissions. This range applies to Colorado-based employees only and may be adjusted based on work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
