Job Description

Boulder/Denver Metro Area, Colorado (Relocation Provided) 


Bonusly is looking for an analytical, collaborative, and data driven Sales Operations Specialist. We are looking for someone who can be a critical partner of our team, and provide them with the most relevant data insights in order to allow the best sales team in the world to make data driven decisions. We need someone who is passionate about telling stories with data, and who wants to use data and insights to help drive Bonusly’s success and revenue even further. You’ll be challenged with enabling the sales team to the highest degrees of success, and we’ll look to you to be the subject matter expert on all of our CRM and Sales Automation tools.

What you’ll do

  • Conduct all reporting and data analysis within all of Bonusly’s suite of Sales automation tools, and share those insights with the VP of Sales in a meaningful way to enable the Sales team to make the data-driven decisions
  • Tell a story with data - not just pull and send reports
  • Ensure that the workflows and KPI’s that have been established with our Sales Reps are streamlined and optimized
  • Extract data from all of our internal tools and present them to our VP of Sales 
  • Join an inclusive, collaborative, and skilled sales team that loves to create reliable, scalable, intuitive, and useful products.

💯You should apply if you…..

  • You have 2+ years of professional experience in a Sales Operations role, or managing a CRM and/or a sales automation space within the SaaS space
  • Have 1+ years of professional experience in Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Have 1+ years of professional experience in Salesloft or Outreach
  • Have experience serving as a CRM administratorLive and breathe data 
  • Have a BS or BA, or can demonstrate equivalent experience

Bonus points for…..

  • Have Salesloft, Salesforce, Hubspot, or other similar certifications

Salary

  • Base Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000
  • Equity Range: .01% - .04%

Location

Bonusly is a both a remote and hybrid workplace, we hire in all 50 states and for employees based in Colorado, access to our Boulder, CO office. Our Boulder HQ is located in the WeWork at Canyon + 28th, with restaurants, shops, and a bus stop in front of the building
