Why You Matter
We are looking for a successful, experienced, customer-data and operations individual to join our Revenue Operations team as a Sales Operations Specialist. You will work with the sales operations team to promote and build operational excellence within the sales organization.
The Sales Operations Specialist reports to the Director Revenue Operations and works closely with our sales, marketing, Accounting, and customer success teams. Through your attention to detail, process oriented mindset and drive to make things work smoothly, you will help accomplish Red Canary’s mission to make security better for businesses of all sizes.

You live to see results from improving and maintaining the processes put into place as well as the results from your support and guidance of current and new sales team members. You possess a strong understanding of business and sales processes, and have a drive to make things more efficient and repeatable.
To note: We are remote at the moment, but we prefer candidates who can be in the Denver office 1-2 times per week in the long term.
What You'll Do
- Support the sales team at the day to day level, including reporting, tool usage and achieving scalability
- Maintain and build reports to allow reps access to key information in a timely manner
- Assist in outreach strategy evaluation and improvements
- Assist in creation and maintenance of process documentation
- Promote process adherence throughout the sales organization
- Review and correct records for accuracy so that reporting is correct
- Ensure lead handoff from marketing and sales is seamless and that SLAs are adhered to
- Work with various departments to ensure processes align to overall company goals
Required Qualifications
- Has experience driving successful business outcomes through operational excellence
- 1+ years of direct experience in sales operations
- Understanding of sales metrics and how to analyze the information to guide direction of the sales team
- Experience using Salesforce to drive documentation and ensuring accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to process
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in working in collaboration with stakeholders from different teams
- Experience with Salesloft, or equivalent SDR tool configuration and daily use
- Ability to understand requirements of stakeholders
