We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to help streamline our order fulfillment processes and provide best-in-class workwear experiences for businesses of all sizes. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales / B2B Solutions, and has the potential for long term career growth opportunities in either Sales or Operations. The position is located at our Denver office, with the possibility of working remotely 1-3 days per week.

Initial areas of responsibility:

Order Fulfillment

  • Responding to incoming leads/requests from existing or new B2B customers

  • Making product recommendations based on customer needs

  • Verifying stock or lead times with the Operations team

  • Providing custom decoration options

  • Generating formal customer quotes

  • Managing order placement and fulfillment to keep things on schedule 

Strategic Account Support

  • Responding to incoming inquiries from Strategic Accounts or leads that come from events or other activities 

  • Following up seasonally to help generate and close mid-level sales activities 

  • Generating formal customer quotes with custom options

  • Managing order placement and fulfillment to keep things on schedule 

  • Working closely with the Operations team to track incoming product shipments

  • Overseeing and communicating details of custom decoration, either internally or with 3rd party decorators

  • Tracking customer orders to be sure they keep on schedule

  • The ability to leverage technology effectively and learn new tools and processes with ease. We use a wide range of tools including Google G-Suite, Trello, Slack, Shopify, ERP systems and many others, and we frequently add new tools as business needs dictate. 

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to monitor multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, communicate clearly and overcome obstacles.

  • Some level of familiarity or firsthand experience with trade work, to better understand and relate to our customers. 

  • Some experience or background in sales, account management, operations, or logistics could be helpful, but this is effectively an entry level role. We’re more interested in finding someone who’s committed to excellence and personal growth than we are in specific work/education experience.
