Sales Operations Specialist
Envysion, a leading provider of video-based SaaS technology solutions for retailers, fast casual restaurants and wireless dealers, is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist. This position will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data being captured and entered into Salesforce and Zuora (our billing system) prior to final processing of customer orders. The Sales Operations Specialist will work closely with Customer Success Managers, Finance, and Project Team Leads. In addition, this position will manage all Sales Operations Requests including renewals, change orders, and bulk order break-outs. Also assigned to this position will be other key customer order and data entry tasks related to Sales Operations. The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow established workflows, document new action items, and ability to work collaboratively with other departments to best serve our customers, both internally and externally.
Core Functions
- Audit customer orders for any conflicts, omissions, or discrepancies and resolve appropriately by working with Sales, Customer Success team, and Finance prior to entry into our database.
- Work with Customer Success Managers, Finance, and Project Team Leads to ensure accurate data gathering for new customer set up in business systems to ensure alignment of accounts, sites, subscriptions, and billing.
- Work with Customer Success Managers and Finance to support data/order entry requirements related to managing existing customer accounts. This could include updating spreadsheets in Google docs or Smartsheet, for example.
- Data entry support to help maintain accuracy of sales data in Salesforce.com CRM and Zuora billing systems as necessary.
- Assist Order/Data Entry team in processing bulk orders, Renewals, Change Orders, and other Sales Administration tasks as needed.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience, 2-3 years in order processing strongly preferred
