OVERVIEW

We are looking for a team player who strives to support and help drive success within an organization. As part of the Sales Operations team you will be responsible for day-to-day support and maintenance of Salesforce and across our sales tool stack. You will also be responsible for maintaining our system documentation and providing trainings across the sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily support and maintenance tasks in Salesforce
• Maintain system documentation
• Perform basic Salesforce and other tool trainings for new employees
• Support integrations and administration across our sales tool stack (SalesLoft and DocuSign)
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and desire to become a power user
• Experience in Salesforce Lightning (LEX) components and UI
• Experience with Salesloft, or equivalent prospecting tool configuration and daily use
• Resourceful and creative problem solver
• Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and complex problem solving
• Flexible in face of changing priorities, with the ability to multi-task, and prioritize accordingly
• Quick learner, hungry for knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Salary: Our salary ranges are based on national averages and are determined based on the level of the position we are hiring for. The ranges are wide to leave room for variability in a candidate's skills, experience, and location all which impact where someone might come in on the range. $50,000 - $60,000 base

Bonus: All employees are part of our Company bonus plan. Our bonus is a mix of company performance and individual contributions.
