The Sales Operations Sr. Manager / Director role will be responsible for Customer Data Operations for the company. We are looking for someone with extensive experience developing and leading data governance strategies and that will be a key business partner for the Executive Leadership, Sales, Marketing and Support organizations with a niche focus on the customer data fidelity, sourcing, reporting and management within the varying data environments in RingCentral (ie: Hadoop, SFDC, Anaplan, Marketo, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain positive relationships cross-departmentally, to understand strategic priorities and find opportunities in delivering trusted data as needed
Define the data management vision and to ensure data is accurate, reliable, accessible, and secure
Drive the roll out of an enterprise-wide data governance platform, focusing on improvement of data quality through modifications to organization behavior policies and standards, principles, governance metrics, processes, related tools and data architecture
Ensuring clear accountability for stewardship of customer, lead, contact, and opportunity data
Data prioritization and quality measures for control (orchestrated by data quality lead)
Support predictive and prescriptive data modeling in order to identify new business opportunities (ensuring the use of accurate data assets to support strategic growth in upsell and acquisitions)
Collaborate with the business on data standards, business processes and operational procedures associated with data governance best practices.
Identify and implement processes to ensure critical data is understood. Ensure relevant information for data is documented and accessible.
Build document taxonomies and definitions to ensure unified data reporting and modeling
Define indicators of performance and ensure compliance with data related policies, standards, roles and responsibilities, and adoption requirements
Lead Senior Management, and IT business and operations functions, to achieve objectives and resolve issues from Business and Functional areas’ data governance representatives
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy & Planning and Sales Operations in SaaS industry
Significant experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis, demand generation, modeling budgets, pipeline, forecast and ROI analysis
Positive, professional and can-do demeanor that will lead an evolving team, with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to lead cross functional and executive strategy sessions
SFDC experience required, preferred additional experience with additional Marketing Technologies like LeanData, and Marketo
Experience working with offshore BPO teams
Strong executive presence, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ideally BS/BA educated; MBA a plus, but not required
Proven capabilities of leadership, influencing others, including senior level executives, with limited direct control. Confident, credible, high integrity, authentic and dependable.
Demonstrated capabilities in collaborating with high level executives and leaders to align on solutions
Ability to tackle problems while being mindful of details

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $128,000 and $192,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
