As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all sales data is gathered, analyzed and prepared for presentation. This role works closely with the Sales team and management and will provide feedback and recommendations on submitted data and analysis. Collaborates cross-departmentally to ensure adherence to, and execution of, company defined processes. Provides feedback and recommendations for process improvement through automation.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensures that all data is accurate and completed in conformance with data structure requirements for sales leadership and board level reporting
  • Manages all Salesforce.com reporting and dashboarding providing key insights related to forecasting, bookings and data intelligence to business users and organizational leaders
  • Assists in driving contract automation and provides sales assistance to ensure Opportunities and Quotes are configured in a way that allow the contract team to generate contracts efficiently
  • Interacts with leadership and works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires knowledge of business concepts, the company and Salesforce.com
  • Participates in customizing and implementing features in Salesforce.com and partners on integration efforts with other internal systems, as needed
  • Participates in continuous process improvement efforts to assist in achieving operational efficiencies and increasing productivity
  • Ensures conformance to defined data governance policy including data entry, data processes and data quality standards
  • Automates data cleansing and deduping and uses tools for mass updating/loading of data
  • Proactively monitors Salesforce.com for data quality issues and initiates resolution
  • Assists in identification and evaluation of additional sales and marketing solutions and infrastructure
  • Proactively identifies data quality and process inefficiencies and clearly documents, streamlines and automates them within Salesforce.com
  • Manages account and territory assignments, role hierarchy, etc.
  • Manages account hierarchy and data integrity efforts across hospitals and health systems within Salesforce.com
  • Provides Salesforce.com administration, support and training including ongoing user management for Salesforce.com and other related tools (e.g. DocuSign, Definitive Healthcare, etc.)


What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales support or sales operations role
  • Salesforce.com Admin Certification highly desired
  • High proficiency in sales reporting and data analysis
  • Proficiency in understanding of lead conversion principles, funnel velocity techniques and forecasting accuracy methodologies
  • Ability to review workload, set priorities, and manage time to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to multiple stakeholders including sales leadership, finance, operations, and legal
  • Ability to influence leaders and employees across multiple business units.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and allocate resources to changing priorities

  • Salary: $81K - $90K annually*
