An Insider's view of AMP Robotics

What are some social events your company does?

In 2020 we have a company lunch each week. One is a "lunch and learn" where an AMP employee gives a presentation on a technical or business topic. Sometimes we deviate and have a presentation on a topic totally unrelated to AMP, but one the employee is super passionate about. The other lunches are simply getting everyone together to socialize.

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

Innovation can come from any level. I try to provide the 30,000 ft view of the problem to solve and why it is important to the company's direction and success. I find this enables team members to look beyond the next steps and start to craft creative holistic solutions pairing perspectives to achieve innovative and creative solutions.
