Job Description:
Arrow is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to bring their talents to our team!!
What you'll be doing:
- Meeting with client(s) on a regular cadence to address issues, concerns, ongoing program performance, needs, etc.
- Reviewing daily the finance and operations data for the client, including NSB, Fee's collected, forecast and historical data related to shipments, inventory, RMA's, etc. Discuss/highlight with appropriate Sales Director for program as needed.
- SPOC for escalations from client, responsible for working with appropriate Arrow resources to resolve.
- Preparing and presenting operations data at QBR reviews or as needed.
- Understanding and communicating client's program requirements to internal Arrow resources as needed - documenting processes where needed
- Developing relationship with client to support growth within program as well as potential new business if appropriate.
- Identifying opportunities internally for operational efficiency improvements for all areas of the program. Working with appropriate resources to implement as able.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- An Operations professional with the ability to balance the needs of the Arrow sales teams with the needs of the customer and be the liaison between the two
- Understanding of distribution, supply chain, and material planning
- Sales background or experience dealing with a Sales team
- Individuals with exemplary customer service skills who are calm, responsive and can service as an escalation point
- 4-6 years experience with Supply Chain Management or SCaaS
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and make critical contacts
- Must be fluent in English, spoken and written.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$91,600.00 - $121,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
