What you will be doing:
We are looking for an exceptional Sales Operations Manager to join us in Denver, CO as we build and scale an innovative new fintech venture by supporting the broader venture team as we manage incredible growth and new market expansion.
Working hand in hand and reporting directly to the Head of Strategy & Operations for the Venture, this high visibility role will be focused on owning and supporting a variety of ad-hoc initiatives, sales forecasting and reporting, building and implementing new business processes, thought partnership, and designing and managing sales KPIs to enable rapid network, revenue and productivity growth. You will become a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Strategy, Growth, Marketing, and Product as you design and support high impact initiatives that are critical to establishing our position as an industry leader and ensuring our ability to deliver best-in-class innovations to our customers and partners.

- Partner with Growth and Marketing teams to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity and improve sales performance
- Own end-to-end sales funnel tracking, operational metrics, and reporting; deliver regular insights to the business
- Partner with Strategy and Growth teams to define customer segments and create segment specific go-to-market strategies
- Own and deliver leadership reporting and ad-hoc, high impact, client presentations
- Identify, build, and manage additional non-CRM sales tools and systems that enable efficient sales and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to manage multiple projects on tight timelines
- Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes
- Track record of building strong relationships cross-functionally
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to wear multiple hats to get the job done
- Experience managing projects with diverse stakeholders and driving teams to consensus
- Deep expertise in data-driven analysis
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
- Willingness to challenge the status quo
- History of delivering high-quality results
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business operations
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- Entrepreneurial track record; we want builders!
- Prior experience with high growth start-ups
- Experience in the fintech and / or payments industries
