Evolve is on a mission to make vacation rental easy for everyone. With over 14,000 properties under management, our sales team is focused on capturing and converting the growing interest of vacation rental owners seeking better rental performance, for lower fees, and maximum flexibility. We are looking for an outgoing and highly organized Operations Coordinator to provide essential, proactive administrative support to the sales business unit. To be a successful Sales Operations Coordinator, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. This is a dynamic role that supports the Sales team by performing daily operational and project-based tasks. You should possess strong communication & interpersonal skills, and embody a customer service attitude.

What you’ll do 

  • Plan and organize meetings/events, creating agendas, coordinating vendors, and ensuring overall experience meets stakeholders' expectations
  • Prepare reports and presentations utilizing a variety of different tools/resources including Salesforce.com, Sisense, and Google Suite
  • Support contest administration and prize coordination
  • Support administration of recognition programs
  • Support sales on/off boarding logistics
  • Manage google groups and slack channel membership for the sales organization
  • Facilitate surveys, track response and report results
  • Assist with general questions on how to use Google Suite products and other applications
  • Organize, document, communicate and track progress on key projects
  • Ensure all undertakings stay within cost, quality, and schedule expectations
  • Communicate relevant information out to the organization in a clear and timely manner
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Support ad hoc internal projects and company initiatives

  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-2 years experience in an administrative or customer service position
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ultra-organized and detail-oriented: no typos or misplaced decimals get past you

Location 

Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both! We're currently all working remotely and will be opening up the office in September for our in office and hybrid options.

For this role compensation is based on an hourly pay rate. Our base pay range is $42,000 to $50,000 annually, based on a 40-hour work week ($20.19 - $24.04/hour), depending on relevant experience.

Our office is located in Downtown Denver surrounded by the best the city has to offer. With our flexible remote work policy, our teammates are free to work in person in our Colorado space or remotely from home in 48 approved states.
