Job Description
Brandfolder is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. Your primary role will be to support the Sales Operations team operationally and administratively. You’ll have the ability to immediately impact decision-making in a high-growth company. We’re looking for someone who asks the right questions, challenges the status quo, and makes us a better, smarter company. Base salary range for this role to be between $69,000 and $90,160. Here’s a little more on what we’re seeking:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Process and log contracts and invoices to ensure all documentation is in compliance with revenue and company policy
Assist the field organization in all presales activities, software setup and troubleshooting
Be a Salesforce.com admin who helps audit, maintain, and makes changes as needed to the environment
Collaborate cross-functionally across departments (Legal, Accounting, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience)
Contribute ideas and innovations to make Sales Process more efficient
Work on special projects related to the Sales Operations department as well as GTM strategy
Renewal and accounts receivable management within Salesforce
Salesforce reporting and analysis
Sales Enablement documentation
Assistance in sales modeling in spreadsheets
Qualifications
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
You’re EXTREMELY detail oriented and HATE when things are out of place
Bonus points for SaaS Business/Sales Operations or data management experience
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written, willingness to appropriately explain difficult issues; ability to think quickly
Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative
Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks
Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills
Working knowledge of Slack, Google Office (google sheets specifically), and Salesforce (is a plus)
