Zoom is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst/Associate (SSOA) to work as an embedded resource to the Mass Market sales teams. Sales Operations Analyst/Associate (SSOA), will partner with Sales Operations Managers and sales leadership to help run and manage the daily operations in the business. The SSOA will be called upon to develop and report on key business metrics, build and scale our operational rigor and rhythm, and support the strategic initiatives to help grow and mature our business.

Responsibilities:

• Run the daily operations of the business including, but not limited to: forecasting, process management, reporting on key performance indicators, and removing roadblocks preventing our sales team from being productive and successful

• Partner with sales managers to help them drive local initiatives and increase productivity

• Co-lead our annual planning process, quota, and territories 

• Optimize & scale our internal processes to increase Zoom’s efficiency, increase revenue, and profitability

• Become a subject matter expert on sales systems and reporting, creating clear and easy to use metrics and dashboards across the sales segment

• Co-lead with the Sales Operations Manager, key deliverables on strategy, all hands, quarterly business reviews, and sales planning

• Utilize Zoom’s tech stack to regularly report to sales leadership and the executive team all activities, performance and data reporting

• Drive our AE performance management process

• Conduct scoping of projects with stakeholders to understand business requirements, level of effort, owners, and timelines

• Partner with Sales Enablement on implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with internal systems teams towards reducing ramp times of new reps

• Drive operational efficiencies by automating and improving processes, tools, and dashboards that scale as the business expands globally

Experience:

• 3+ years of work experience in any of the following: sales operations, business operations, management consulting, financial services with a preference toward investment banking

• Must be highly proficient in excel, data analytics, CRM proficiency

• Comfort with executive level presentations and creating slides in GDOCS or PPT

• Strong business acumen, strong reporting and analytics, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills

• Outcome oriented approach to sales and sales operations

Education:

• BS degree in business, economics, finance, accounting or other business related disciplines is preferred but not required

• Certificates in global strategy or business analytics from credentialed universities is also preferred

Colorado Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$101,070.00 USD

Maximum :

$187,020.00 USD

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value.
