The Sales Operations Analyst conducts extensive analysis and reporting on sales related metrics, such as daily/month quota attainment reporting, churn/downgrades, and ad-hoc operational reporting. They work extensively with tools such as Excel, Salesforce, Wrike, and our own Pax8 Portal.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide critical support on all aspects of sales operations responsibilities – from day-to-day data auditing to ad hoc requests, and fulfilling rigorous process analysis needs across the organization for various strategic initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement of current process workflow through documentation, mapping, measurement, and gap analysis to identify areas of opportunity that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or improve processes 
  • Assist with defining, implementing, and measuring new revenue process workflows, documenting, and communicating recommended improvements to streamline and automate
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis, quantify impacts, and participate in cross-functional projects as needed for various strategic initiatives
  • Communicate insights to sales leaders across the organization, from sales leaders to colleagues who will use the analysis to guide decision-making


Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least two (2) to five (5) years’ experience in sales operations, process improvement, or related field within the technology sector
  • Demonstrated success in identifying business issues/opportunities for improvements through gap analysis and successfully designing and implement solutions
  • Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel
  • Understanding of partner registration process, Master Ordering Agreement (MOA), Master Subscription Service Agreement (MSSA) and other legal documents preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, workflows, processes preferred
  • Experience supporting partner/reseller transactions (i.e., indirect transactions) preferred
  • Experience supporting the sales planning cycle preferred
  • Strong reporting skills preferred
  • Extremely strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
  • Ability to make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
  • Ability to know the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
  • Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives


Required Education & Certifications:

B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience


Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $64,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
