Sales Operations Analyst
Hotel Engine is a Denver-based, high-growth travel tech company that focuses on one goal — to make lodging management easier for businesses. Summary/Objective: We are looking for a driven, growth oriented, analyst to help scale and grow our sales teams. This job will assist in reporting, KPI, and goal build out along with the existing Sales Operations team. This will be a highly collaborative role, and thus requires strong communication abilities. You need to be a driven individual, who uses data to make insights and recommendations for how to best drive the business. Essential Functions:
- Be able to pull and analyze large segments of data and extrapolate insights that can be used to drive the business.
- Outline, document, and improve sales processes from A to Z
- Lead Generation
- Lead follow up and contact strategy
- Collate and sequence additional email templates
- Existing and resuscitation account engagement
- Find efficiencies in day-to-day operations of the sales org
- Develop Policy Documents for sales organization
- Rules of engagements for leads
- Guidance for account ownership
- Contact strategies, and Salesforce documentation
- Reporting
- Analyze call data for effectiveness
- Align reporting to business needs across organizations and departments
- Identify traits and characteristics that separate strong reps from others
- In month lead to account conversion rate by rep
- Track timing to milestones, and productivity to those events
- Conversion by source
- Takeover and enhance existing team reports
- Daily Scoreboard
- Pipeline / Resuscitation Report
- Ad hoc reporting
- Quota tracking
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- CRM (Salesforce) experience
- Work with MS Excel and other data manipulation tools.
