This individual will be a key contributor to several account management teams and will support the OnTech team in all aspects of account management. This individual will help track and resolve customer issues, provide reporting and data analysis to external and internal partners, and directly support our account managers to ensure that all of our partnerships with large technology firms remain healthy.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
OnTech Smart Services is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the Partner Engagement Team and the growth of our B2B sales organization. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, self-motivated, dynamic team player who thrives in a hardworking, start-up environment focused on driving revenue and customer satisfaction for a quickly growing brand.
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be expected to support the Partner Engagement team while you gain experience and work to problem-solve challenges each day (sales enablement, strategy/planning, operations/systems). Our partners include numerous tier-1 brands (Google/ADT) and this role is critical to ensuring the continued growth of these partnerships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company in departments such as operations, finance, legal, etc. to ensure seamless delivery of sales ops functions.
- Serve as liaison between business development and account management to facilitate hand off of newly signed clients and long-term care.
- Identify, implement and document improvements in current workflows and processes that improve efficiency.
- Be the key stakeholder for contract and partner invoice management.
- Assist in the on-boarding of new sales team members and implement improvements to our current onboarding content to help new hires get up to speed quickly.
- Partner with Account Managers on business reviews, strategic account reviews, partner initiatives and identifying opportunities to grow revenue per account.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses ranging from the development of new metrics to the identification of root causes for fluctuations in revenue or performance.
- Develop operational metrics and dashboards that provide insights into sales pipeline and sales team performance and identify levers for improvement (reduce cycle time, increase close rates, etc.).
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Minimum required skills / experience:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Intrapreneurial Spirit - pioneering a new business within a well-established business.
- Results driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently is a plus.
- Willingness and aptitude to learn new technologies and skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with superior written and verbal communication, including the ability to synthesize information that can be easily consumed by various executive audiences.
- Ability to handle change and ambiguity well.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment to drive results.
- Skills in Google Workspace, SQL.
- Ability to solve complex problems
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations or other corporate analytical roles.
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
- Prior exposure and proven ability to thrive within a high-growth work environment.
- Salesforce certification/experience.
Salary Range
Compensation: $57,400.00/Year - $82,000.00/Year
