We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to manage the Sales Operations function and project managing key initiatives relevant to new customer acquisition, sales productivity and the coordination between sales and marketing operations.
What You Will Do
As a key member of the sales organization you will work closely with sales leadership to build out strong operational infrastructure to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our Sales team. The Sales Operations Analyst will support the sales team by creating, evaluating, and optimizing data sets and sales applications. The successful candidate will have Salesforce Administrator expertise and a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce.com platform. Through data analysis they will be responsible for deriving insights and making recommendations to improve the sales pipeline. What You Will Do:

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment for the Sales and Marketing teams
  • Analyze data and convert it to actionable insights through creation and implementation of innovative, flexible and informative reports to drive growth, margin improvement, and strategic business management
  • Identify and manage project rollouts for new tools and techniques our sales force can use to increase the efficiency of their work flow
  • Ensure the optimization of new sales tools and techniques that are implemented for the sales team
  • Analyze sales activities and metrics to identify areas of opportunity for improvement and implement solutions for increased funnel conversion
  • Define initiatives, make recommendations and clearly communicate metrics by providing a perspective on what's working and not working, building and leveraging insights from reports, dashboards and Salesforce.com to provide actionable data
  • Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis for sales team and exec team
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators
  • Researching and implementing new sales tools to aid the work flow of a sales team
  • Identify necessary sales process improvements and leading projects to drive change
  • Curate the database to ensure it is rich and actionable


What you will bring:

  • 4+ years of sales operations experience or experience supporting sales environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Research or similar area preferred
  • Advanced Salesforce skills, with demonstrated experience using SFDC to build custom dashboards, formula fields, workflows and custom views
  • Strong excel skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create actionable insights to present to different audiences
  • Attention to detail is one of your strengths
  • Working knowledge of SQL and running queries is a plus

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 range
** Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for Colorado-based hires only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules.**
