Founded in 2015, Automox is coming off its fourth quarter of record growth that has seen its platform become the most recommended solution in endpoint security and the preferred endpoint management solution for over 1,500 customers across 30 countries. With an increasing number of operating systems, servers, hardware, and applications that need to be maintained, updated, configured, and patched on a regular basis, IT ops teams are feeling fatigued and vulnerable. OVERVIEW

We are looking for a data-driven and operations focused individual who strives to support and help drive success within an organization. As part of the Sales Operations team you will be responsible for providing broad operational day-to-day support across the entire sales organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide assistance with sales support/training, project coordination, and accommodating ad-hoc user requests 
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop recommendations to optimize, scale, and improve business processes across the sales organization
  • Assist in sales outreach strategy evaluation and improvements
  • Review and correct records for accuracy so that SFDC reporting is correct
  • Support reporting needs, both standard and ad-hoc requests 
  • Provide cross-functional support on projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years experience in an analyst or sales role at a SaaS organization.
  • Background in Sales, Operations or Customer Service is a plus.
  • Understanding of sales metrics and how to analyze the information to guide direction of the sales team
  • Strong logical and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting
  • Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products with extensive Microsoft Excel experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary: Our salary ranges are based on national averages and are determined based on the level of the position we are hiring for. The ranges are wide to leave room for variability in a candidate's skills, experience, and location all which impact where someone might come in on the range. $60,000 - $75,000 base

Bonus: All employees are part of our Company bonus plan. Our bonus is a mix of company performance and individual contributions.
