We are looking for a dynamic, goal driven, Sales Operations Manager to assist our team.
Job Responsibilities and Priorities
- Outline, document, and improve sales processes from A to Z
- Lead Generation through Navigator
- Lead follow up and contact strategy
- Collate and sequence additional email templates
- Existing and resuscitation account engagement
- Develop Policy Documents for sales organization
- Rules of engagements for leads
- Guidance for OS vs IS account ownership
- SOP for contact strategy, SF documentation
- Reporting
- In month lead to account conversion rate by rep
- Lead to demo, lead to FTB
- Conversion by source: Navigator, Web Form, Huron
- Takeover and enhance existing team reports
- Daily Scoreboard
- Add teams
- Pipeline / Resuscitation Report
- Ad hoc reporting
- Compensation and quota tracking
- Daily Scoreboard
- Build out training and development program
- Enhance current playbook with process documentation
- Build out new hire schedules, onboarding plans
- Facilitate training's, along with SMs and SAEs
- Systems Management
- Ownership and distribution of Navigator licenses
- Ownership and distribution of Join Me licences
- Ownership of Hoopla
- Recommendations to help scale team
- Sales enablement tools
- Assist with onboarding
- Lead gen effectiveness
