We are looking for a successful sales manager/leader that has passion for helping others succeed and the desire to develop Zoom’s new hire sales representatives to accelerate their initial ramp up performance in their role. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in reducing the ramp time to performance maturity.
- Sales Onboarding Manager will coach/manage the new hire cohorts as they graduate from Zoom Academy
- New hire sales cohorts will be under the day-to-day guidance of Sales Onboarding Manager for the first 8 weeks in role
- Drive sales readiness for the Onboarding Roadmap across all sales segments and roles
- Maintain tight collaboration with hiring managers on progress, learning gaps, strengths and development
- In collaboration with sales enablement team members, coach/guide new hires through highly concentrated ramp up activities:
oInternal resource navigation
oSales tools competency
oKey Performance Indicators
oClosing new business
•New Hire & Onboarding Manager performance measured by Ramp Metrics
•Hand-off to hiring manager in Week 9 engaged in territory, customer interaction and closing business
