The Content Manager is responsible for overseeing the creation, management, and distribution of multiple forms of content. Working across internal and external teams, this role will help plan and maintain all content while also contributing to short-form, web, and social.

What you’ll do…

  • Work with Senior Content Manager and writers to develop effective internal and external content to support marketing, sales, and PR
  • Supervise and manage all content and placement across digital, web, social, and email
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency, making sure the most up to date content is available
  • Manage editorial and social media calendars to keep plans on course and in alignment with company and marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to SEO efforts and Google search rankings by helping manage website content and assets, adding/updating links, and making adjustments for SEO optimization
  • Repurposing content to fit across multiple channels including web, social, video, and PR
  • Build a social media following through innovative content; own engagement across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Work across teams to develop thoughtful and strategic content to support corporate goals and track progress using analytical tools and report performance
  • Collaborate with sales, clients, and customer success to create compelling case studies to be used in sales collateral, blogs, marketing emails, and more

What you’ll bring… 

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, English, or related field
  • 3-5 years of B2B content management or marketing communications experience
  • Experience using marketing automation software and social media management tools
  • Understanding of basic marketing principles including creating target audiences and catering unique messaging and campaigns to capture their attention
  • General knowledge of search engine optimization and internet ranking for web content
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach

Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 base salary depending on experience
