Localwise is expanding our online job community and seeks a full-time senior-level Sales Manager to help lead the charge. With your leadership, we’ll be able to scale our sales coverage across the major US metropolitan areas. You’ll be supported by a rockstar team including top-notch engineers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage our sales reps to help them achieve both individual and team sales goals

  • Recruit A+ sales reps

  • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to sales reps

  • Execute a strategic plan to achieve and exceed revenue goals

  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and other key groups to maximize effectiveness of the sales organization

  • Co-lead our new office in Denver, CO

  • Live and lead by Localwise’s values: ownership mentality, team first, pragmatic optimism, all-out hustle
     

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of sales experience, preference for high volume digital advertising or SaaS SMB sales experience

  • 3+ years in a sales management role

  • Low-ego leader who puts the team’s success first and is always looking to improve

  • A history of excellence in recruiting and managing sales reps who exceed targets

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup work environment

  • Incredible attention to detail and work ethic

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral

  • Great interpersonal skills

  • Desire to build an iconic company from the ground up (this isn’t for everyone as it takes a TON of commitment!)

  • Willingness to work extended hours with a smile alongside a committed team

  • BA/BS degree required
