In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, Parsyl led the formation of the Global Health Risk Facility, the world’s dedicated insurance solution for distributing Covid-19 vaccines and other essential health products around the globe. 

Where you fit in:

We are hiring a hardware technology salesperson to join our growing sales team. You’ll be leading the charge with selling Parsyl’s innovative hardware and software technology, helping clients transform their supply chain. You’ll be external facing, meeting with clients so we are looking for someone who is an analytical, detailed and determined self-starter.

What you’ll get to work on: 

  • Shape go-to-market strategy with Parsyl hardware; cross-functionally working with product, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Understand competitive hardware landscape and shape Parsyl’s competitive messaging 
  • Direct responsibility for selling risk management hardware solutions to market
  • Develop target account list and actively own and manage your sales pipeline
  • Manage demo needs and process 
  • Manage customer pilot and trial programs
  • Articulate risk management hardware strategy to internal stakeholders 
  • Deliver quota across various verticals
  • Must be willing to travel - average 50% (customer meetings, conferences, etc.)
  • Report to the Director of Sales

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years hardware sales, sensor technology
  • 5+ years in cold chain 
  • 5+ years supply chain management 
  • Experience selling innovative technology solutions, particularly in hardware 
  • Must have network or portfolio of previous or existing potential clients 
  • Track record of exceeding sales quota
  • Experience delivering product and business presentations to customers at all management levels
  • Skilled at creating detailed solution proposals tailored to customer needs

It's a plus if you also have...

  • Technical background, such as in engineering or software development
  • Experience in pharma, life sciences, perishable  food and beverage verticals

  • Market competitive salary with a base compensation range of $75 - $95k, depending on experience and location
