As a Manager of Key Account Managers in Xactly's Denver, CO office, you will be responsible for managing a team of high performing customer account managers.  We are seeking an energetic, motivated, metrics driven & detail-oriented sales manager who is adept at growing teams and developing top performers. You will be working with 5-10 Customer Account Managers at any given time to help extend our successful Account Management teams.  Experience in coaching and skill development is key to the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and manage a team of Key Account Managers
  • Work closely with our Chief Customer Officer, VP of Sales and Customer Success leaders to set and manage priorities
  • Help shape and influence sales process and create winning strategy
  • Motivate team to hit & exceed goals through coaching and mentorship
  • Develop Key Account Managers for career growth within the Xactly sales organization
  • Analyze & report on sales metrics; forecast to sales management
  • Ability to create and execute against cross sell and up sell initiatives against the entire customer base
  • Ability to manage, potentially, 1-2 remote Key Account Manger(s)
  • Partner with multiple people and departments within Xactly, including Customer Success, Renewals Team, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and Product teams 

 

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of Account Management or Inside Sales Management experience; 1+ years of Sales Management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quota as both an individual contributor and Sales Manager
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to coach, develop and inspire a team of Account Managers
  • Capacity to grow in the role and take on more responsibility in a growth-focused & fast-paced environment
