Sales Lead Qualifier
Summary:
Opportunity to get in at the ground level of the fastest growing mobile social network revolutionizing the Real Estate industry! We are seeking a motivated Sales Lead Qualifier for the new Broomfield office of an innovative, global Real Estate startup. The Sales Lead Qualifier will be confirming details of warm leads generated internally or referred by network agents.
Candidate Profile:
Qualified candidates will be focused, helpful, and goal-oriented individuals interested in joining a growing, well-funded Real Estate startup. Must be comfortable with high-volume activity and possess a friendly, professional, and unflappable phone demeanor. Ideal candidates will have experience and/or interest in the Real Estate industry.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Engage and qualify warm leads (home buyers and sellers) in support of Account Management team
- Execute high volume activity as defined by a process
- Facilitate network growth by representing company in a polished, professional, and helpful manner
- Maintain and track metrics through internal system
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with positive, flexible attitude
- Competitive, confident, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outbound sales team environment
- Customer Service, Inside Sales, and/or call center experience a plus!
- Located within reasonable commute to/from Broomfield, CO
- Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation:
- $40K Base + Incentive Based Bonus; OTE of $50K+
