As the Sales Excellence Manager, you will be a customer-centric innovator of effective customer interactions and thrive in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment. Designing how our customers interact with us - through buying, management and retention—creating valuable connections that are just what our customer needs. Being both strategic and tactical, you’ll surround yourself with internal partners and be eager to jump in and help. Highly collaborative, you’ll have a knack for encouraging people to adopt new messaging/methodologies and drive transformation projects.
Empathetic with outside-in thinking, you’ll create high-performing, efficient plays and systems to deliver a consistent, valuable experience. You’ll support leadership to drive a well-defined, nimble, rhythm of the business, which encourages business results in sales motions and accelerates the close of existing opportunities. You’ll love the challenge of finding solutions that empower our customers to make an impact AND drive faster, smoother, effective sales and lifecycle motions.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent, successful, customer-centric interactions
- Instilling sales interaction process, encouraging adherence to standards and excellence in execution
- Create and optimize flexible, effective plays and processes
- Drive customer loyalty throughout the lifecycle
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience with strategic sales planning
- 2-4 years of experience in change management and tools deployment
- Experience as a Senior Sales or Channel Management/Leadership role
- Experience in Customer Loyalty or Customer Experience
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
