As Zoom’s Sales Enablement team grows, we are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager with a creative background and strong business acumen. They will be responsible for creative problem solving across Zoom’s revenue organization. In Zoom’s competitive market, agile content creation and enablement is crucial to sellers abilities’ to win deals and quickly fill any gaps. 

 

While you may have a strong history of success in enablement, we value a background in content and design to be successful in Zoom’s rapid, results-focused work environment. The right candidate will apply creative skills to solve sales problems alongside a team of talented Enablement and Operations professionals. 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Content Creation & Enablement: Manage the scope, creation, and enablement for sales assets. Work with sales reps, managers, and interlock teams to identify content gaps in the sales cycle. Create polished, professional content to fill these gaps across multiple mediums and formats such as video, print, digital, and email. 

  • Sales Enablement strategy: Help guide strategy for how content and creative requests are managed, what the output is, and how they fit into other projects (alongside your manager).

  • Apply Zoom’s visual brand across different mediums to solve problems. A candidate with a wide variety of design skills and the willingness and aptitude to expand their skill sets would thrive in the role. Some skill examples are:

    • Graphic design

    • 3D design

    • Video

    • Animation

    • Illustration

    • Photography

    • Copywriting

 

  • Create industry and vertical-specific content alongside Zoom’s Marketing and Enablement teams

  • Work directly with agencies to manage their creative output when we need a little extra boost!

  • Helps scale the team through new ideas for content, processes, etc. 

  • Create documentation, organization, and clarity around what content is available to the sales org, to help reps find the right content and use it to engage prospects at the right time

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Sales Enablement, Marketing, or a Creative field

  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, personable, with strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop (10+ years experience)

  • Experience editing videos - competent with small video production or animation (5+ years experience)

  • Has an aptitude for delivering complicated messages in an easily digestible way

  • Experience developing and applying visual branding to content

  • Experience copywriting to create compelling narratives

  • A track record of problem-solving without having all the answers 

  • Experience with Competitive Intelligence with Sales Enablement or Marketing a plus

  • Instructional design/training experience a plus, but not required
