What does a Sales Enablement Manager do at CyberGRX?

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for qualifying, identifying and developing quality sales opportunities from inbound and event leads for the Sales organization as well as developing and executing outbound programs. This integral teammate will drive market share by working closely with the growth marketing and channel marketing teams to help nurture and qualify MQLS and fuel the sales funnel with new opportunities that build pipeline for our Sales team. This individual will interact with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographic area.


What a day in the life looks like:

  • You will create and manage the entire outbound/inbound business development program.
  • You’ll own the on-boarding process with our new outbound BDR team and agencies.
  • You will work directly with the Marketing team members to mature leads, qualify inbound leads, and develop and support campaigns.
  • You’ll gain a deep understanding of how CyberGRX helps customers and prospects manage their third-party cyber risk.
  • You will provide metrics driven reporting on weekly basis that show campaign performance and results.
  • You’ll work closely with the Sales team to build focused outreach campaigns to strategic accounts and ensure program success.
  • You will prospect, educate, qualify and develop leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • You’ll generate leads into prospect accounts by understanding challenges and needs, effectively communicating how CyberGRX is the solution.
  • You will effectively utilize the lead qualification process, lead scoring methodology, and Salesforce tracking to document processes and lead statuses.


What you bring to the table:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience building business development programs.
  • You have great in-person, phone, and written communication skills.
  • You love to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • You have experience supporting a SaaS organization. (Cyber Security is a plus).
  • You are able to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals.
  • You’ve got experience working with Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • You are results oriented and enjoy bringing prospects to the next step in the sales process.
  • You can provide accurate lead distribution and thorough discovery to each Account Executive.
