Job Title - Global Sales Training and Enablement Program Manager
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is going through transformational change and play a pivotal role in the success of the Sales organization.
We are looking for a Senior Sales Training and Enablement Program Manager to lead our sales training and enablement program, responsible for gathering requirements, scoping, developing and executing selling skills programs. You will be a first-class coach with a proven track record and deep understanding of sales processes, sales methodologies (ideally MEDDIC), sales systems and operations, including complex enterprise sales experience. You will understand the engineering and connected industries and be able educate Sales on positioning our solution and value proposition to executive leadership.
Responsibilities

  • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
  • Build/design future Sales force Solution Selling sales enablement path/strategy in collaboration with Global Head of Sales & Sales Operations
  • Producing sales tools to aid in training
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional leaders to identify challenges
  • Train on prospecting, sales process, product, objections and closing
  • Training one on one and continuous team training, including onboarding of new hires
  • Leading Sales agile working practices
  • Design training curricula within time constraints
  • Produce physical and electronic educational material
  • Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses (ongoing)
  • Monitor sales objectives and results
  • Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses
  • Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
  • Liaise with managers to identify process improvements
  • Maintain updated records of training material and curricula


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
  • Proven track record of supporting solution selling
  • Knowledge of agile working practices ideal
  • Experienced in sales
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
  • Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Solid communication and presentation abilities
  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Additional certification in training is a plus
  • For work locations in the state of Colorado, the anticipated minimum base salary for this role would be $114,287. Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant.
