Sales Enablement Analyst
The Sales Operations team is looking for a talented, motivated Sales Enablement Analyst (SEA). This role is responsible for developing solutions to business problems to advance the company's sales efforts. The SEA partners with sales leaders and sales representatives to drive pipeline qualification in all assigned sales channels. This role manages large and complex datasets which will be used to identify opportunities to increase the productivity and efficiency of the sales organization.
The SEA thrives in navigating ambiguity, adapts quickly to a changing environment, leans on data-driven logic, and has a passion for finding solutions to problems. This individual will balance critical, short-term execution with long-term strategic thinking about scaling the business. The SEA has a strong analytical and process-oriented skillset.
This role will also identify gaps in data needs or reporting. This process includes defining the need, documenting requirements, and collaborating with organizational business partners to effect change. This role includes high usage with interactive with the sales software systems (CRM, BI, etc.) and requires developing high proficiencies in those systems.
This role is part of the Sales Operations department which is responsible for developing sales efficiency and effectiveness, business processes around those efforts, and maintaining the infrastructure necessary to properly support commercial excellence.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
Pipeline Creation & Management
- Develop and execute processes for lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management
- Process marketing lead generation into next step qualification
- Provide operational and tactical support to sales leaders and reps around pipeline related efforts
- Track and report on key pipeline metrics against pre-set goals
Sales Efficiency
- Provide day-to-day support to sales reps in building qualified leads into their pipeline
- Execute on assigned projects for account creation, lead generation, and opportunity identification
- Conduct industry and company research focused on prospective new client targets
- Perform routine CRM cleansing for account and contact objects
- Help prepare and organize materials for Sales Leadership business reviews
- Handle ad-hoc and standing management or customer requests
Cross Functional Team Participation
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing shared business processes
- Create and drive adoption of new business and system processes for optimal efficiency
- Provide assigned reporting and information to cross functional business partners as necessary
Desired Skills & Experience
- BS/BA required
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in sales development or business operations; experience at a fast-paced technology company preferred
- Healthcare industry experience a must
- Strong organization and prioritization skills, intense attention to detail, capable of balancing multiple projects
- True passion for successful selling and creating ways to make sales teams highly productive
- Fast learner who adapts well to a fast-moving environment and gets things done
- Familiar with typical sales-stack technologies and analytical tools (e.g., SFDC, SQL, Tableau, or similar)
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, follow-through on details, and provide input and feedback as needed
- High proficiency with the MS Office suite
- Experience with the Salesforce.com platform
