Sales Enablement Analyst
The Sales Enablement Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with Sales (Client Partnerships), Account Management (Client Success), and cross-functional teams on annual planning, process mapping, and data reporting and analysis. The goal of the role is to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable business insights. This work will support and inform business decision making, enable sustainable profitable growth, and increase overall Client Partnership and Client Success productivity.
Executes all recurring (weekly, monthly) and ad hoc revenue reporting and analyses for the Client Partnerships (CP) and Client Success (CS) teams, in addition to quarterly analyses for the Senior Leadership Team. Partners with CP and CS leadership to identify growth and profit margin expansion opportunities, measure efficacy of CP and CS teams, and synchronize activities across cross-functional teams, utilizing internal and external data sources.

- Establish and implement KPI metrics and reports to drive CP and CS productivity
- Develop, modify and execute all recurring (weekly, monthly) reporting and ensure the information is accurate and readily accessible to business partners
- Develop new strategies, improve business performance, and utilize knowledge of statistical modeling and other optimization methods to perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis
- Maintain and administer variable compensation plan processing and reporting
- Perform all analyses to inform account mapping, quota setting and all annual planning
- Coordinate business planning processes including forecasting, annual and strategic planning
- Develop business reporting processes to streamline and improve data integrity
- Provide regular pipeline and sales activity reporting (CRM) that drives new business
- Partner with Sales Trainer to train/promote the use of CRM tools and analyses
- Work closely with business unit leaders, Finance and SLT to support annual growth initiatives
- Document, troubleshoot, and analyze business process issues and recommend solutions to improve business processes and infrastructure
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Functions as an individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities.

- 3+ years of related work experience in an analytical, consulting or project management capacity
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, General Management or related field preferred
- Expert level knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint, in particular)
- Proficiency using BI and CRM applications such as Salesforce.com preferred
Required Skills:
- A curious intellect with strong analytical skills and experience designing, executing and synchronizing data from multiple data sources to highlight actionable insights and recommendations
- Expertise and desire to create reports/presentations from start to finish; drawing on trends, competitive analysis and research to create value-added recommendations
- Must be comfortable providing strategic direction and recommendations directly to senior leaders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to mine structured data sets
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, managing multiple priorities
- Self-starter that is comfortable in a high growth, autonomous and project-oriented environment
- Strong Project management capabilities, particularly in overseeing annual revenue planning for the CP/CS organization, utilizing organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with CP and CS teams, as well as senior-level executives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
