Job Title: Sales Enablement Analyst

Function: Business Analyst

As a Sales Enablement Analyst, you will be responsible for the administration and evaluation of the sales boot camp program, providing analytics on sales performance within the sales organization, and owning sales content management.  In addition, you will be part of the sales enablement team to provide additional support to sellers to increase sales velocity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage resources required to conduct Sales Boot Camp including:
    • Calendar administration
    • Liaising with HR on hiring plan and boot camp cadence
    • Catering and AV conference room bookings and management
    • Administer feedback from Sales Boot Camp for analysis
    • Simplifying & combining training documentation
  • Assist sales in researching and finding documentation as needed
  • Liaise with marketing to communicate and monitor the progression of sales content requests
  • Process and report on all assessments for analyzation
  • Provide analysis on sales performance and report on trends

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • BS/BA in Business, Data Science, Education, or related field
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required
  • 1-2 years experience desired, preferably in sales, marketing or adult education
  • Proficient in Gmail, MS Office software products including MS Excel (advanced level necessary)
  • Experience with Box, Salesforce, and Domo a strong plus
  • High energy level, self-motivated, positive, outgoing, personable, proactive and able to relate well with diverse populations of all levels
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Superb communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities
  • Keen sense of judgment and knowledge of the business
  • Strong computer and internet research skills
  • Superior organization and prioritization skills
  • Displays respect, integrity, professionalism and discretion
