Core Responsibilities
Manage our sales reps to help them achieve both individual and team sales goals
Recruit A+ sales reps
Provide ongoing training and mentorship to sales reps
Execute a strategic plan to achieve and exceed revenue goals
Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and other key groups to maximize effectiveness of the sales organization
Lead our new office in Denver, CO

Qualifications
7-10+ years of sales experience, preference for high volume digital advertising or SaaS SMB sales experience
3+ years in a sales management role
Low-ego leader who puts the team’s success first and is always looking to improve
A history of excellence in recruiting and managing sales reps who exceed targets
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup work environment
Incredible attention to detail and work ethic
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
Great interpersonal skills
Desire to build an iconic company from the ground up (this isn’t for everyone as it takes a TON of commitment!)
Willingness to work extended hours with a smile alongside a committed team
BA/BS degree required
