We Are Looking For...

An individual with experience leading teams selling directly to small business (not through partners).

You should have a track record of building and leading successful inside sales organizations.

You must have an analytical mindset and use data to relentlessly improve process and performance.

If you have a track record of leading sales teams to success and looking for the chance to make history, this could be the job for you.

 

About This Role:

This role reports directly to the President and will be accountable for an aggressive plan to launch in all 50 states.

As Director of Sales you will:

  • Lead a team of 50 or more sales representatives by 2020

  • Be directly accountable for hiring, training, and coaching sales representatives

 

Candidates Will NOT be Considered Without the following:

  • Experience managing a quota carrying inside sales team

  • Living in or willing to relocate to Denver, Colorado

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com reporting

 

Other Things That Will Support Your Candidacy:

  • Sales operations and sales enablement experience

  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce.com customization
