Sales Development Representative

Powering millions of closings a year, Snapdocs is leading the charge to modernize, streamline, and improve the mortgage process for lenders, borrowers, and settlement.
We’re looking for a Strategic Outbound SDR to help build and scale the outbound sales engine at Snapdocs. If you’re a team player that strives to think outside of the box and use creativity when faced with challenges, then this is a unique opportunity to have an impact on the growth and strategy of the organization.
Snapdocs is uniquely positioned to help elevate the massive U.S. real estate market, a $2.6T pillar of the U.S. economy. To date, we have built the largest network of mortgage professionals with over 50K monthly active users across 4,300 companies. Even more impressive is that we are currently processing more than 13% of all U.S. mortgage transactions annually. This is no small feat and just the beginning!
As an important member of the sales team, you’ll have a great opportunity to further your career and personal growth working closely with experienced sales executives to research and prospect a list of targeted accounts, create personalized email communication, engage in cold calling to senior level executives, and get creative with your outreach by utilizing direct mail sends and video communication.
You are a self-starter with a passion for creating compelling messaging that really pops. You will use your resourcefulness, empathy, and interpersonal skills to find creative ways to engage with prospects, and have agility to overcome obstacles along the way. These skills will be key in helping us stand out in the mortgage tech market! Additionally, you will have previously worked in an SDR capacity for at least six-months and are familiar with Salesforce, having used it as your CRM. In this role, you will have the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with the opportunity to learn new and exciting concepts. Your high aptitude for learning coupled with receptivity to constructive feedback will prepare you for future success, all while tackling an industry that has been largely untouched by modern tools and technology.
Colorado applicants: This role pays $78,000 OTE annually plus equity in the company (pay for other locations may vary).
