What You Will Do

We are looking for a high energy and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to provide pre-sales lead qualification. This role is one of the first touch points for prospects and has the opportunity to set the tone for the sales cycle.

The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company’s needs and personalize the outreach to each prospect.

How You Will Spend Your Days

  • Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects
  • Educate, develop, and qualify prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
  • Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in Salesforce.com and SalesLoft.
  • Promote Alchemer through extensive and persistent calls, emails, and communications to prospects.
  • Provide in-depth information to sales to enable the most qualified and productive demos.
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity goals to ensure sales revenue objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with new messaging, products/services, and pricing/payment plans

 What You Bring to this Role

  • 1-2+ years work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations

Compensation for this position includes an annual base of $50,000, annual commission potential of up to $15,000, and participation in the Founder’s Pool program.
