We are currently expanding the Sales Development team in our downtown Denver corporate headquarters. We are looking for smart, fun, hardworking, career-minded professionals to launch their career here at Agility as a Sales Development Representative.  By joining this team, you will learn what it takes to change the trajectory of a growing industry, build your personal sales acumen, and develop life-long friendships. In this role, you will partner with Marketing and Sales to bring in new business and help Agility impact more organizations. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn about business continuity, disaster recovery, and Agility's product lines including both software (SaaS) and physical recovery solutions in order to provide potential client's with a consultative sales experience
  • Identify prospective clients in an assigned territory through provided resources and independent research
  • Research prospects, identify key decision makers, and conduct cold calls to generate interest for further discussion with an Account Executive
  • Develop strategic approaches to engage with new prospects by using tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other available sources of information to identify new business opportunities and develop prospect-specific profile information
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
  • Utilize phone calls, individual e-mails, and mass e-mails for outbound prospecting
  • Set up and execute qualifications calls with prospects, ensuring mutual understanding of each prospect's situation, problems, and needs
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive for further development and closure
  • Collaborate with Agility's Sales and Marketing teams to share feedback on campaigns and best practices
  • Work with Marketing team leveraging CRM tools to prospect into targeted verticals, industries, and geographic regions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • Track record of over-achieving professional goals
  • Passionate self-starter who possesses creative problem-solving skills. History of delivering projects and assignments on target and on time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong professional phone presence

"Nice to have" Experience:

  • 1+ years of sales and/or lead generation experience
  • Cold-call experiene
  • Comfort with high-activity phone and e-mail prospecting
  • Working knowledge of reporting tools and analytics
  • Experience working in CRM tools (such as SalesForce)
