What is this opportunity?

Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative you will need to actively seek new business opportunities as well as engage and build relationships with potential customers. This position lays the foundation for a lucrative sales career for the candidate that is willing to learn and work hard to achieve their goals. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Learn the Dice products and messaging to have quality conversations with potential customers.
• Build relationships with the Dice Sales & Marketing teams.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
• Present our company to potential prospects.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account Executives.
• Consistently meet and exceed goals for setting initial presentation meetings.

What are we requiring for this role?

• Sales Development Representative are our “Sales in Training” positions
• Prior sales experience is not required but would be a nice to have
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated by the ability to grow in your sales career
