We’re seeking an experienced Sales Development Executive to not only grow our company, but to grow with our company.  You’ll be provided the tools and product knowledge so that you can quickly start using your sharpened skills to identify quality leads and convert them into clients.  

This is not a boilerplate sales opportunity.  You will be integral in testing and developing sales strategies to find the most efficient manner of acquiring more clients.  Success will lead to bigger opportunities in this startup positioned for explosive growth.

Your Mission Will Be...

  • Get up to speed fast and know what you’re selling and who you’re selling it to

  • Find and connect with real estate teams that need a better solution for their business problems and goals

  • Build rapport and trust with a consultative approach that matches our brand and product

  • Manage your sales process and pipeline, from prospects to leads to actual clients with accuracy so that we are constantly learning and improving

  • Get out to tradeshow across the country and help our President spread the word about Firepoint as you gain insights on what our target audiences craves in technology


You Will Need...

  • 3-5 years of sales experience (this is not an entry-level position)

  • Communicates effectively with superiors and clients, in written and verbal form

  • Practices, memorizes, and internalizes telephone scripts

  • Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring

  • Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity through their ability to build rapport and confident phone presence

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Results & detail oriented, high achiever, organized, and systematic

  • Solid command of computers, various software programs and navigating the Internet

You Will Be...

  • Setting daily and weekly goals and be accountable to them

  • Tracking and measuring activities and conversion ratios to meet and exceed performance benchmarks

  • Practicing, memorizing, internalizing and role-play scripts 10 minutes each day

  • Using systems such as Salesforce, MOJO Dialer, Firepoint, HubSpot, Google G-Suite, Ring Central, Zoom, Slack, and potentially others as needed
