Firepoint is a leading provider of CRM and IDX technology for residential real estate teams.  We provide teams the all-in-one platform to market and automate their businesses, find and convert their hottest opportunities, and easily report on results to make better, faster decisions going forward.  Our platform was founded and built by agents and team leads who knew there was a better way to leverage technology. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling inbound inquiries for online demonstrations of our product.
  • Working with the inside sales team to evaluate and qualify prospects to advance them through our sales process.
  • Making outbound calls using our CRM & dialer technology to leads generated by our marketing team.
  • Entering, maintaining, and tracking prospect and sales data, and reporting on daily KPIs and other metrics.
  • Continually learning as much as you can about our softwares, our competitors, and residential real estate.

 

Qualifications

  • An undergraduate degree or a combination of education and experience with 1-3 years minimum of SaaS inside sales experience or sales experience in the residential real estate industry.
  • Formal account planning experience – you've researched and navigated the decision-making process in a large organization.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with attention to detail and impeccable time management.
  • A growth mindset, and enthusiasm for working toward team goals and the discipline to make your own independent contribution.
  • Well refined communication skills on the phone and in writing – listen first, speak second – and flawless follow through with your customers.
  • An appreciation for stand-up comedy or a desire to join our culture club – after all, we’re bigger than just our work.

 

You Will Get…

  • $45,000 - $55,000 yearly salary + commission.
