We are Nymbl Science – our mission is to prevent 1 million falls.

Nymbl is a Colorado-based digital health startup that produces the Nymbl Balance System, a comprehensive software solution to improve balance and prevent falls among seniors. Every 17 seconds someone falls and goes to the ER, costing $50 billion per year. Most of these falls are preventable, and we aim to make a big dent in this problem. The Sales Development Representative Role

We are looking for a person who is passionate about helping older adults and is ready to step into a career in sales.

Your initial responsibility will be to generate demand at the top of our funnel. It begins with researching and prospecting potential targets based on criteria set up by our senior sales team. Once you have identified a set of targets, you will be responsible for outbound calling and emailing to generate initial interest, understand who makes decisions, handle initial objections, and set up closing meetings for our senior sales manager.

This role is for talent looking to start their career in sales with the opportunity to grow into a full sales cycle position within 12 months. Our Sales Development Reps are our future Account Executives. Not only do we offer strong growth opportunities for top performers, but we also have a top-notch culture, benefits, and more. Responsibilities:

  • Research the senior living market to identify target accounts and key players
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts to create sales-ready leads and opportunities
  • Interact with prospects via telephone and email
  • Successfully identify, manage, and overcome prospect objections
  • Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects

Required Skills/Experience:

  • No experience necessary – entry level
  • A true passion for our mission, a genuine interest in health, and a desire to both sell and serve
  • The highest level of integrity
  • Self-starter looking to work in the ever-changing and dynamic environment of a growing startup
  • Ability and desire to manage multiple projects and overlapping roles
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence; positive and energetic; able to build trusted relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with technology
