Sales Development Representative

Due to our consistent growth and expanding position in the space, we are seeking an ambitious, energetic Sales Development Representative. You will be responsible for driving the growth of JumpCloud’s sales pipeline and helping to ensure we capitalize on our exciting potential in the market. What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying ideal prospects, by conducting research and mastering JumpCloud’s business and technical value proposition.
- Communicating, both through verbal and written mediums, the JumpCloud product and its competitive position among other players in the space.
- Driving outbound pipeline through email engagement.
- Joining forces with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop successful email campaigns and implement creative messaging techniques.
- Collaborating within outbound sales team to establish a scalable and consistent process.
- Working alongside sales representatives to move leads through the sales funnel, continually improving our process and honing your own skillset.
- Developing relationships with engaged leads and prioritizing consistent follow up.
- Reporting on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative.
We’re looking for:
- College or graduate level education with prior experience in sales.
- Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, results-oriented and reliable team player.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and listening skills.
- Interest in learning new skills and leveraging the latest technologies to become more efficient and automate tasks.
- Desire to advance in career and develop professionally.
