It’s Never 2 Late (iN2L) is seeking a talented and competitive Sales Development Representative (SDR) that can accelerate and enhance our lead qualification process and demonstrate the ability to move into a future sales role. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This is a full-time position in our Corporate Offices.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with one year of inside sales/SDR experience and the ability to deliver quality leads to highly motivated sales teams.  Candidates should bring creative ideas for improving processes with an enthusiastic and solution-oriented approach to work. Experience or interest in the healthcare field is beneficial but not required.

Job Purpose

  • Generate a significant quantity of qualified leads to various sales team members
  • Follow-up proactively with new leads to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Mine existing lead data to find additional opportunities

 

Duties

The job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Source qualified new sales opportunities through outbound calls to customers and prospects, and inbound lead follow-up
  • Achieve monthly lead quotas  
  • Accurately document conversations and activity in CRM
  • Transfer information to sales reps in a timely and detailed manner   
  • Monitor live-chat capabilities with website visitors
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity from sales prospecting activities, and provide feedback to management
