Currently, we are looking for an Inside Sales Development Representative (SDR) in our NEW DTC Denver, CO office. This position involves working with clients to provide them the right Zoom services to meet their video and online meeting needs. Our Inside Sales Development Representatives serve as the front-line in our customer engagement efforts, contacting free users who have installed our product, with the goal of generating qualified opportunities for our sales' team. SDR's will utilize Salesforce and other marketing automation efforts to qualify contacts, and ultimately give our sales team more qualified opportunities for gaining new customers.

    Responsibilities:
    • Inside Sales Development Representatives identify, develop and nurture pipeline leads within assigned territory.
    • Strategize with top-producing Account Executives to target prospect accounts.
    • Make outbound calls to generate leads.
    • Follow up on sales leads generated by marketing programs and Salesforce.com.
    • Continuously maintain and update Salesforce.com
    • Evangelize Zoom product offerings across territory or named accounts.
    • Conduct on-going research to identify new leads, obtain contact information and begin targeting through.
    • Achieve quarterly qualified lead/meeting quotas.


  • 1 - 2 years experience in a customer or Inside Sales role as a Sales Development Representatives (SDR).
  • Creative thinker; comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred.
  • Knowledgeable with MS Office.
