About You

. We are looking to hire a Sales Development Representative. We are looking for someone with grit, determination, and hustle that has been able to demonstrate a high-degree of success booking cold-outbound meetings for a team of Sales Reps. Candidates must balance a strong individual work ethic, while also working closely to support other members of the team. Top candidates will have a passion for connecting customers with Arryved solutions, and the ability to operate with transparency, integrity, and professionalism in all situations.

Must Haves:

  • Comfortable on the phone and making a large volume of cold-outbound calls and emails 
  • Comfortable interacting with people of all levels within an organization
  • Can communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to consistently generate cold outbound appointments for Arryved Sales Reps
  • High level of confidence handling objections, and navigating through “gatekeepers"
  • Ability to speak to Arryved’s unique value proposition and differentiators
  • Ability to differentiate and position Arryved solutions against market competitors
  • Comfortable “asking for the close”
  • Self-driven, can operate independently, and respond to unexpected situations with confidence
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Able to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Develop and maintain outstanding customer relationships
  • Comfortable using sales tools, technology, and email 
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Occasional opportunities to travel to support Sales Team

Expectations

  • Effective, professional verbal and written communication
  • To perform the outbound lead development activities necessary to hit Sales Department objectives
  • To record all sale prospecting activities in the CRM (Hubspot) 
  • Willingness and ability to maintain an understanding of product updates and offerings
  • Willingness to keep current on competitive solutions, and help evolve Arryved’s market positioning
  • Occasionally attend trade events as needed
  • Ability to represent Arryved publically, and to execute with a high-degree of integrity, professionalism, and character at all times
  • To demonstrate a strong work ethic, and a desire to win!

Nice to Have

  • Experience with POS Systems
  • Sales Experience
  • Industry experience in Craft Beverage
  • Experience running or maintaining a taproom or restaurant

Details

  • Headquarters in Boulder, CO. We are open to applicants anywhere in the US.
  • You will be expected to participate in virtual team meetings daily and occasionally in person.
  • Salary is FTE 
    • $50,000-$55,000 DOE plus performance based variable - Level 1
    • $55,000 - $70,000 DOE plus performance based variable - Level 2
