Fivetran is in a hyper-growth stage and is looking for an SDR Manager to help create pipeline for our Sales team. As part of the Demand Generation team, you’ll be at the heart of our Inbound lead funnel, connecting prospects to our Sales team.

As a Sales Development Manager, you'll develop, train, and hire highly driven and enthusiastic team members. The Sales Development team is the first interaction with prospective Fivetran inbound customers and is key to the success of the company. 

This position is based out of our Denver, CO office.

As a SDR Manager, you will:

  • Hire, coach, and manage a team of Sales Development Reps responsible for all Inbound Lead follows up
  • Develop the sales, product and industry skills of each team member
  • Motivate team members through creative incentives
  • Regularly report on Team/Individual Results
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, and Productivity

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Software sales space as an SDR, SDR Manager, or Account Executive
  • Consistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as an individual contributor
  • Proven track record of success as an SDR manager
  • Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs
  • Understanding of Inbound Lead follow up process and collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
  • Experience with day-to-day Salesforce workflows and reporting
  • Familiarity with SalesLoft or other sales productivity tools
