We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to build and scale a world-class Sales Development team responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities. The SDR Manager will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, continuous training and ensuring the growth and success of the SDRs. This role will collaborate closely with sales and marketing groups to maximize pipeline creation and align SDR goals, strategy and tactics to company initiatives.

Responsibilities: 

  • Hire, onboard, train and manage SDRs
  •  Motivate SDRs to exceed goals through coaching and incentives
  • Create outbound campaigns, messaging/talk tracks, ABM plays for target accounts, and align strategies with marketing and sales reps around target industries/persona's/etc.
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards that help maximize SDR performance
  • Ensure all prospecting activities conducted by the SDR team are aligned with Xaclty's core values propositions and prospect pain points
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to ensure effective handoff of prospects
  • Work with marketing and sales leadership to optimize pipeline and revenue creation

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • B2B SaaS experience highly preferred
  • 2+ years of recent experience in a similar role
  • Passion for prospecting and sales best practices
  • Experience with Account Based Marketing prospecting and selling techniques
  • Experience documenting and reporting sales activities in Salesforce
  • Must be decisive, conscientious, and interact well in a team
  • Self-motivated, team player with a "can-do attitude"
